This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Arti, the 'Scary Kiddo' costume creator:
I have made this costume for my four year old son Shlok Makadiya. He wanted scary costume this year so I decided to make one for him.
Thia is almost no cost costume. I have used old white bed skirt and cut it in long strips and attached those to adult size white t shirt. so it was gown for my four year old. Then I cut strips uneven. Also did the same thing for hat. Attached uneven strips to hat. Use the plastic chain in neck and candle in the hand. Also Put white and black make up on face.
