This homemade costume for men entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michael, the 'Scorpion 2020' costume creator:
This year I decided to build the armor to go as the character Scorpion from Mortal Kombat. I've always been a huge fan of Mortal Kombat and in 2020 a new anime was released that focused on my favorite character. Scorpion is a ninja who always wears a gold mask along with a gold set of ninja armor. With the world in pandemic mode it seemed a logical choice to select a character who always has a mask. Along with the armor I also built weaponry, three ninja swords and his traditional spear attached to a chain that I also made light up.
