Scrooge McDuck Costume

This year I thought I'd do my first Disney character. I liked Ducktales growing up, especially that video game. I was inspired by the look of Scrooge in those adaptations.

I wore a science lab coat, with a baseball belt around it. "Shower gloves" doubled for white hands. I used torn bed sheet for the legs, and orange soccer socks and flippers for the duck feet.

The mask was comprised of a torn softball visor worn below a cut plain white mask I hand painted the cartoon eyes over. My head was covered by a white hood mask, with the duck hair comprised of dollar store cleaning dusters and the sides of the hair were individual bunny tails from a Halloween store that I adhesived to each side of the mask.

It was fun to make. I'll say that.
