This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dawn, the 'Scuba Baby' costume creator:
My son (9 months at the time) was a scuba diver. His dad and are are certified divers and enjoyed making him one of us! We hand made everything and even made him a dive boat out of his wagon. On halloween his dad was a shark and I was a jellyfish.
