This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Scuba Diva' costume creator:
Our first baby girl who is 6 months old. I wanted to make a DIY costume to impress! She rocked this costume like a champ! Pink vest, construction paper flippers, bottle of Coke Zero spray painted silver, sun glasses as goggles and a soother as her mouthpiece attached to her oxygen tank!
