Scuba Diver Costume

Hadlee is 2 months old. I decorated a wagon using good stuff spray foam for the coral. In shapes on wax paper and spray painted. Some of the coral was made on pool noodles also. I also dyed coffee filters with food coloring for the flowers. Foam balls with toothpicks for sea urchins. Floral foam ball and mesh tubing for brain coral. Covered in Kraft paper and an ocean tablecloth. I attached black tubing to her pacifier with hot glue and ran it into a liter bottle for her oxygen. Accessorized with American girl doll flippers and a scuba mask on the top of her head.
