Scuba Dog Costume

This is a homemade costume from last year for a Golden Retriever club costume contest.
The tanks are plastic two liter soda bottles a hot pink rash shirt I also used tubing to attach the snorkel. The goggles were doggie goggles that we had. I cut out flippers from foam board and attached using toilet paper tubes cut to fit the hocks of the dog and used elastic to attach letting them stretch to get on.Some hot Glue. I bought leggings that looked like scales and a mermaid t shirt some mermaid long gloves all on Amazon i believe
