This homemade costume for men entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Steven, the 'Scuba Steve' costume creator:
I created my costume off of Scuba Steve from the Adam Sandler movie, Big Daddy. It was created using a red sweat suit and sewing yellow fabric to make the suit. On top of that I spray painted dual scuba tanks yellow to fit the movie details. Attention to detail I even wore socks with my flippers. For the belt I spray painted a yellow Gatorade cap and superglued it to my belt.
