Sam needs a wheelchair to get around due to a rare degenerative brain disease called Vanishing White Matter Disease (see www.facebook.com/samvsvwm for more info).
Every year we incorporate his wheelchair into his costume.
Sam wanted to be his favorite racecar driver Sebastian Vettel for Halloween so we made his wheelchair into an F1 car
