This homemade costume for adults entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Seandra, the 'Seemonster' costume creator:
I’m submitting this costume my sister made. She adhered google eyes all over her face with eyelash glue, threw in some Dracula teeth and wore a cloak. She always comes up with fun costumes. This costume was very inexpensive to make. She was the talk of the party!
