This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Roberta, the 'Selena Quintanilla' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I bought some cheap pair of black leggings online (can't remember which site) and already had a strapless bra (for the bustier). I used red and white "In Bloom" rhinestones from Hobby Lobby and glued them on the the leggings and then the bra to create the infamous Selena bustier. I used black ribbon bought from Wal-Mart to make the straps on the bustier.
