This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Koby, the 'Seniors Herbert & Gertrude' costume creator:
These old folks have been best friends since they were born way back in 2014. They enjoy taking long walks together, walker races through the mall, and watching one another grow older. They're names are Nixon and Monroe, however, with their old age, perfer to go by Gertrude & Herbert.
We hand made their walkers from PVC pipe and found the outfits at a local thrift store. The overall cost of the walkers was roughly $40 in material each and the clothes ranged from $1.99 - 4.99. The look of everyone we passed on Halloween night, priceless!
