This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jackie, the 'Severed Victim' costume creator:
I got this idea from Pinterst but spiced it up with lots of blood and wanted to look more gory than the original. It was a simple white shirt, and lots of blood and makeup, and a form of a man on a wooden stick with a hoodie over the form. I sewed the arms together and had to step into the costume and needed assistance with that process but we made it work.
