This homemade costume for couples entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Janis, the 'Shower Scrubbie and Man needing a Shower' costume creator:
My husband and I decided to go as a shower scrubbie and a man taking a shower. I had a hot pink strapless dress underneath my costume which was made using elastic straps (4) and I used about 75 yards of tulle tied in bundles..4 per strap. He wore a clear shower cap, shower sandals, a robe and Terri cloth waist towel and carried some body wash.
