This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Shower Time' costume creator:
Kaylee (my daughter) is wearing the costume. She decided she wanted to be a shower for Halloween so we made it happen. We used a backpack to secure the pipe and used a hula hoop for the actually shower. We used a light fixture for the shower head and put streamers in it to look like water. She absolutely loved it!!
