This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Duanne, the 'Silent Hill Nurse' costume creator:
This costume is based on a character from the Silent Hill video games and movie. I created it and wore it while I worked in a local haunted house. The dress was a modified nurses dress. The mask was made out of latex, cheese cloth, medical gauze. Liquid latex and latex paint. The skin coloration was made by using a "injury stack" from a local Halloween store.
