This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chelsea, the 'Skeleton' costume creator:
This is my Skeleton costume I did for Halloween 2016. It basically consists of black and white eyeliner and eye shadows. I got the contacts online and I just wore black clothing. The makeup took about 4 hours to create and I just left my hair naturally curly.
