This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Victoria, the 'Skeleton Witch' costume creator:
My daughter Audrey, 2 1/2 months old, is wearing the costume. I wanted to dress her In something festive but simple and cute since she is so small. I made her the tutu and bought the onesie from eBay :)
