Sky Dancer Sale Sign Costume

My daughter ( 10) was a sign you often see on the road to get your attention. It looks like a man with streamers dancing. This required a lot of sewing but had held up well. I used mostly men's large bright yellow t-shirts to construct a skirt. She wore a yellow fitted under shirt. From a blue plastic table clothe I cut letter and streamers, and a face. for the head I used a cat in the hate type of hat that I covered with pieces of the t-shirt. I also used some scraps to cover her face. I used wire to keep the streamer hair up. I actually made this costume last year but we weren't able to use it because Super Storm Sandy caused Halloween to be canceled. We were happy to have it worn this year!
