Skyrim Warrior Costume

Im wearing the costume. I got the idea from the videogame skyrim for the armor and the face i got from game of thrones white walkers. This took me about 5 weeks to make it. I used the pepakura designer program to get the sky-rim armor designs in 3d and print them on card-stock paper. Then connected everything together piece by piece with Elmers glue. Then i used 2 part epoxy resin to cover it an mold it into a smoother shape. Then i proceeded to paint it with flat black paint as a primer with about 2 to 3 coats. then i added 2 final coats of textured paint black with white specs. I also insulated the spikes an other open area's with polyurethane foam which expands an becomes hard which gave the armor more support an strength.
