This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amy, the 'Sleepy Owl' costume creator:
I dressed my 1 week old daughter, Cadence, up as an owl to help me hand out candies to trick or treaters while I was dressed up like a tree. Her costume was made entirely by me. I crocheted her owl toque and sewed pieces of felt onto a bib to look like feathers. Cost of all materials was under $10.
