This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Smurfette' costume creator:
I decided to be a smurf for Halloween this year. I like to do creative and out of the box costume and make them myself. I am covered in blue paint, i am still finding paint on items in my house :)
