This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Sno-cone' costume creator:
This is my daughter Chloe who loves to eat sno-cones! We made this costume 2 hours before trick or treat using white flannel fabric and red letters and snowflake stickers from the craft store. She wore a clown wig and we painted her face to match the colors.
