This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Vicki, the 'Snow Leopard' costume creator:
I, Vicki Nelson am wearing my costume. I powdered my face white and drew spots on the side of my face and forehead with eyeliner. I drew a cat nose with eyeliner and placed eyeliner on my eyes for a thick cat eye. I also blackened my eyebrows and drew on whiskers. I wore kitty ears and a leopard jacket to complete the look.
