This homemade costume for pets entered our 2023 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Sock Hop Cutie' costume creator:
Lily is my German Shepherd, she loves to be dressed up pretty. For Halloween this year, I made her a 50's girl costume. I made the dress out of felt and fabric then we added a sequined belt and poodle with sequin leash. We added the scarf and bow for extra details.
