Solder of the Underworld Costume

This is the Soldier of the Underworld!
I made the armor out of EVA foam floor mat, using pieces that I cut and glued together to make cool looking shapes. I then painted it with latex to look like old metal. I got the mask from CFX Masks (it is the only thing I bought). I aged all the clothing myself to look old and dirty. The boots are platform boots I made using EVA foam glued to boots (they lifted me up an extra 6 inches!). I made the fake weapons out of chunks of EVA foam that I carved to look like the real metal tools and glued them to real wooden handles.
