Sonic and Tails Costume

My son Wyatt (8) and daughter Brynnley (5) are dressed as Sonic the Hedgehog and Tails. They both like the game and the series and it was their idea to be Sonic and Tails. We couldn't find any good costumes for them so we decided to make them. We found a tutorial for the heads to make them out of cardboard and tape. For the bodies we used their footie pajamas as patterns to see the fleece. For the spikes and tails we free handed the shape and sewed and/or hot glued them on. The total cost for both was around $70.
