This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christine, the 'Spaghetti and Meatballs' costume creator:
Franklin is sporting his homemade spaghetti and Meatballs costume. I made a coat and sewed a table cloth and string to it, the meatballs are spray painted balls and the sauce is spray paint.
