Spaghetti & Meatball and Pizza Costumes

These are my two boys wearing their favorite foods as Halloween costumes! We could not decide what to buy for costumes and then I realized I should just make them into their favorite foods! My Italian mother and grandmother would be so proud! I created the spaghetti and meatball costume with two heavy duty mop heads and spray painted cotton balls attached to a red sweat suit. The hat is a colander! The pizza costume was created out of felt. Each topping cut by hand and hot glued onto the costume. I used a wood dowel wrapped in batting as the top crust, and a pizza box with a baseball cap inside as the hat! they were so fun to make and my kids love them!
