This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rebecca, the 'Spaghetti & Meatballs' costume creator:
My daughter Hannah is 9 years old, she has down syndrome so she struggles with weight issues. It is hard to find age appropriate girls costumes that fit her. She loves spaghetti so we decided to make her thus costume. Ask it took was a laundry basket, mop head, yarn, ping pong balls, styrofoam balls, red ribbon, and brown paint to transform her into her favorite meal.
