Sparkle Fairy Costume

For this costume (one of my favorites!) I decorated white leggings with glitter and layered a tutu over it. I wrote out Sparkle Fairy in glitter on a white shirt and glued small rhinestones to it. Completed the look with fairy wings and carried around a basket lined with cellophane and filled with glitter (that I scattered while walking around of course). I wore a mask but that's optional. I also wore sparkling flats.
For the leggings I stuffed them with plastic bags, glittered one side, let it dry and then glittered the other side. With all that glitter the leggings were quite tricky to get on as the glue made them stiff, so it might be a good idea to get a size bigger than usual or maybe even just decorate them with rhinestones. Or even have someone else glitter them while you're wearing it.
