This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marina, the 'Spooky Clown Girl' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. The idea came from the new remake the movie "IT". I used acrylic paints, white make up, eyeliners and eye shadows.I found the dress in Goodwill. It took me 30 minutes to create this image.
