This homemade costume for families entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Desiree, the 'Star Wars' costume creator:
We love Halloween and always dress up as a family but this year I wanted to take it to the next level. So I made an X-wing to go with our Star Wars costume. I used my kids stroller wagon as the base and built it with lots of recycled cardboard boxes we had. I used foam poster boards and oatmeal cans for the wings! I added LED lights to give it that extra umph! It took me about 2 weeks to build and paint it and for my first time doing something like this I'm pretty proud of how it turned out!
