This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nan, the 'Star Wars' costume creator:
We chose Star Wars as our family theme this year. The Darth Vader and Princess Leia costumes are not modified from the store-bought Star Wars licensed costumes, with the exception of buying a full mask for Vader. I modified the store-bought Queen Amidala mask by painting it and added a pool noodle with synthetic hair for a headpiece; I also added black fabric to lengthen it.
