This homemade costume for women entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marci, the 'Static Cling' costume creator:
I thought of this idea at the last minute. There was a Halloween party at camp this past weekend. I took a jacket and pinned on the fabric softener sheets and some of my clothes. I saw an idea online and that's how I made it.
