Kissing Booth Costume

My nine year old son always looks for funny costumes. He wanted to be a kissing booth after searching for ideas online.

I took him to a local box store and measured boxes by making him stand next to them. Once I found the right size, we cut out the lid and then flipped it over and cut out half of the lid on the other side. We taped it and glued it from the inside so you don’t see any marks on the outside. The box already came with hand holes so he could carry it as he walks. We then spray painted it and cut out the frame from cardboard and used super glue and metal rods through the middle to support it. We then painted it red. We used hot glue to glue battery powered lights round the frame. I used my Cricut machine to make the lettering for the booth and the tip jar. I also used my Cricut to make his tux t-shirt and added a flower. I used silk flowers and glued them to a vase and used hot glue to attach a plastic tip jar to the table. I then kissed his cheeks with red lip stick for added cuteness!

He wore this to a work Halloween party and everyone loved it! He loves all the laughs too!
