This homemade costume for kids entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from MeMe, the 'Stinker Belle and Bull' costume creator:
Grandchild dressed as a skunk with a tutu (Stinker Belle) and other as a "Mean" Bull. Note the dry ice in the nostrils to create him breathing smoke.
