Stone Soldier Costume

This is my fiancé’s stone solider costume . His costume is hand painted with a mixture of latex and acrylic paints . Painting the material made the material stiff and stone like . The costumes took days to hand paint with layers of paint and color to get this effect . He wore white contacts and I painted his face a body to achieve a stone look . I used some latex and paper to deepen some of the cracks in his face . I think he is a pretty handsome stone solider !
