This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Stormtrooper' costume creator:
My 4 year old wanted to be a storm trooper. Armed with pictures, toilet paper tubes, white felt, hot glue, a piece of 1/2 seat foam, and some hook and loop. (black felt scraps for decorations)
The total costume cost less than $20 to make.
