Sugar Plum Fairy Costume

My 6 year old granddaughter chose the costume from the Nutcracker movie. The hair is made by attaching polyfill and tinsel to a pink beanie. It was then painted with pink and purple Halloween hair spray. We covered a simple dress we found with small pieces of light pink, dark pink, and purple tule. We used a headband with tule and fabric to make the collar. The wings were wire covered with fabric and trim.
