This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jennifer, the 'Super Book Nerd' costume creator:
I bought used books from a thrift shop. The cape is title pages spray-glued to a dollar store cape. The skirt is book covers, folded to pleat and stapled together, then attached to a belt. The mask is a reading guide cut and glued over a craft store mask.
