This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jordan, the 'Supergirl' costume creator:
This is 6 year old Kaydan. Her little brother was clark kent for his first halloween this year, and she wanted to be the PINK supergirl with him. I didn't feel okay with spending the 30 dollars for the generic looking supergirl costume from walmart, so I created my own. I bought tulle, and made the tutu. Then a pink leotard and then made the S on her chest and cape out of glitter foam paper that you just stick to the fabric. It's was very tedious but I think it turned out great, so it was totally worth it!!
