Taco Bell Sauce Packets Costume

My roommates from school and I decided to get creative and go as taco bell sauce packets. We went to the fabric store and got the colors that we needed. We used a thicker shirt material that stretched. We also go white fabric to do the lettering and saying with. We then measured the fabric on our bodies and cut out two identical pieces (make sure you measure because the top will be smaller then the bottom). after, we put the pieces together and folder it over about a half an inch. We then made slits into the fabric with a scissors and laced it up like a shoe string with ribbon. We then cut out letters for our sauce packet names, a section for the saying, and a "think outside the bun" for the back side. We then looked up sayings online and put them on our costumes! They took us a while to make but it was worth it with all of the compliments we got :)
