This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 3 year Téa is wearing this DIY costume, fabric was all from a local thrift store I cut it up and sewed it to make an outfit that fit her. coin jewels were purchase at a craft store and so was the face stickers, the globe I purchased online. Jewelry was from my old collection.
