This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hollie, the 'Team Rocket from Pokemon' costume creator:
I am wearing a team rocket shirt. The idea came from pokemon. All I did was cut out the red "R" and sew it on to the shirt. I put a black shirt on under it.
