This homemade costume for pets entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Arianna, the 'Teddy the Carousel Horse' costume creator:
Teddy is a fifteen hand high Missouri Fox Trotter gelding. He is a rescue at a rescue, where he was saved from a home that couldn’t care for him any longer.
The inspiration was seeing a Carousel horse that looked strikingly similar to Teddy.
The breast collar is sewn felt, and the flowers are fake flowers bought at the craft store. His stick is a simple cardboard painted and wrapped with ribbon.
