This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Debbie, the 'Teen Spirit' costume creator:
My grandaughter wanted to be a spirit. I had no idea. Then I came up with this costume. The cape cost me $1.00 from material I got from salvation army. The fabric I ordered on line so the dress cost me $10.00. She looked fabulous! She loved it!
