This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Debra, the 'The Birds' costume creator:
I was inspired by one of the most scariest movies of all time- The Birds. I bought the suit and wig at a thrift store and the birds and feathers from a dollar store. I glued the birds on the suit and used fake blood to splatter all over the costume.
