This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

This was 2 years ago. My 2 year old twin girls. My husband used a side by side jogging stroller and built a box around the stroller. The birth certificates were printed using pictures found on the internet along with the cabbage patch story on the side and all of the labels. The twins wore an outfit similar to ones found on cabbage patch kids. I purchased the hair from someone who made them by hand.
