The Claw Costume

My son, Kaiden, wanted to be a Claw Machine for Halloween. He absolutely LOVES going to the arcade to play games and always has to try out the Claw Machine! To make his costume, we used a large cardboard box, colored ductape (teal and lime), lights, plastics hooks, a straw & a ping bong ball (for the stick), styrofoam (to mold the claw), stuffed animals, shiny paper, chalk stickers, suspenders (to hold the costume up once out on), cut out letters, tape and a sewing kit to hang up the animals to "win." The costume tool approximately $20 out of pocket, the rest we already had around the house. What's super awesome is that it even lights up in the dark! It's Kaiden's favorite costume yet!
